The sparkling white tempo comes to a halt at the first pick up point. Myself and AG get onto it and wait for Sankey's arrival while we enjoy the plush interiors of our caravan. Sanketh arrives at 6AM and we set off on the outer ring road to pick up the remaining people. By 8 AM all people on the bus and we move out of Bangalore and the music starts playing. We celebrated Karthika's bday on the move. We stop over at Kamat's Lokaruchi for a sumptuous breakfast comprising of idlis, vadas and dosas. Some of them try their legs at see sawing. After buying a few goodies we resume our sojourn to Coorg. Enroute our nature freaks Ananth(Balu) and Sankey start clicking photos of the plantations. We reach "The Scotland of East" by 1 PM. We are welcomed at Coorg by the scenic coffee plantation and the picturisque Raja Garden. We reach our homestay at 1:30PM.Our lavish lunch was ready to be served. After the luncheon session. We relaxed for a while before we set off to Abby Falls.

After a brief trek down ,we are at the Abby Falls. The water pollution is very much evident over there with plastic littered everywhere. The hanging bridge provides a closer and clearer view of the falls. We snapped a few pictures over there and moved on to Raja's seat.
It is believed that the Coorg's Raja used to spend his evenings over here and enjoy the sunset. But now the sunset is not visible as its view is blocked by trees. However we were witness to a spectacular musical fountain show. The water danced around for a large array of songs. We finished outing by having some spicy bhel puri and steaming nescafe coffee.A few people tried out a combi of ice cream and coffee. We returned back to our home at 8:30PM.There was an altercation between the girls and boys over what to watch on TV.We ended up seeing a borrrrrrrinnng IPL match. The dinner was ready by 9 PM.Dinner comprised of Butter paneer, chicken curry, makki de roti and curd rice.Over the dinner the adi's started discussing ghost stories to scare the girls especially the B'Day girl. There was a problem with the TV . It was switching off without any reason. Some of us suspected that there was a GHOST arround.Actually the ghost in disguise was an application in Sankey's phone which enabled the phone to control the TV .But Anie spilt the beans to Karthika. Now we decided to target Naga. The ghost storied continued on till the campfire was ready. The campfire was ready and we sat around it.
The first fifteen minutes were spent in snapping photos.

We tried playing winking murder though noones eyes were clearly visible in the hazy lighting. Then we played the good old game DOG AND THE BONE.We had great fun though many people fell(including me).We spent time in the dark till midnight. Came back indoors around 12:30 AM.Played rummy and UNO till 1AM and slept around 1:30 AM .

Kho-Kho was enjoyed by everyone especially Balu ,who was busy videographing the game.

After all the fun, we started off for nisargdhama around 2 PM. We had a buffet lunch Athidhi . Nisargdhama was a bamboo forest open to public. We strolled around in the forest . We got a close up with the deers at the deer park over there. Then we went to the banks of cauvery. But it was so polluted and populated that we preffered to stay away from it.We also got an experience of how a tree house would look like though there was no good view from there.
We went on an unexplored path and as a result some people happened to step onto the animal shit. This unexplored path led us to the banks of cauvery river. This time it was much better than the previous one. We spent quality time enjoying nature and trying a few tricks at photography.

At around 4 PM we left nisargdhama for the tibetan monastery. After an half hour drive we reached Tibetan monastery. The monastery was simply superb with the magnificient architechture and breathtaking paintings depicting the teachings of buddha. The monastery had a 60 feet mesmerising Buddha statue made of copper and coated with gold . We sat over there for sometime enjoying the ambience over there.Though we enjoyed the outing, the journey back was long and boring.By the time we reached our home ,most of them were drained out. Had a decent meal and then ananth and sankey started of with the finances. After the finances were settled ,we saw the videos recorded by balu and slept by 12 AM as we had to leave this wonderful place by 7 AM tommorow.
